Terms & Conditions for QHHT & Past Life Regression Sessions

1. Mentorship Overview
The KORR Path is a deeply personal and intuitive process. Each mentorship is unique and unfolds according to what your field and your soul are ready to move. While many clients experience significant change across the eight weeks and beyond, every journey is its own and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. The work continues energetically between sessions and after the mentorship has closed.

2. Application & Booking
The KORR Path begins with an application and a discovery call. This call is for both of us, so you can feel whether I am the right person to hold this for you, and so I can feel whether this is the right eight weeks for where you are. Your place is confirmed once we have both agreed to proceed and your first payment has been received.

3. Payment
The full investment is $2,950. Payment may be made in full or by instalment. Instalment schedules are agreed before the mentorship begins and are due on the dates set at that time. Where a payment is missed, sessions may be paused until the schedule is brought up to date.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to move a session. With 48 hours notice, sessions are rescheduled at no cost. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may be moved once, and after that will be forfeited. In the case of a no-show, the session is forfeited.

Where a session is moved, the eight weeks may extend to accommodate it. Extensions beyond two weeks are at my discretion.

5. Withdrawal & Refunds
Your place is reserved for the full eight weeks and the investment covers the mentorship as a whole rather than session by session.

Should you choose to withdraw once we have begun, everything already delivered is charged at my standard individual rates. This includes any sessions held and your home clearing if it has taken place. Half of the remaining balance is then refunded to you.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Support Between Sessions
You are welcome to message me throughout the eight weeks with whatever is coming up. Messages are answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages received over the weekend are answered on when possible. This support sits alongside your sessions and is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, a mental health professional, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

7. Your Home Clearing
Your home clearing is held remotely as part of The KORR Path. A hand drawn floor plan of your home and the land it sits on is required before the clearing takes place, and forms part of the clearing work.

8. Remote Mentorship
The KORR Path is available remotely from anywhere in the world. Your Soul Field Facial becomes an energy healing session and everything else runs the same way. QHHT is offered remotely within the mentorship only, and only once we have built the relationship it requires.

9. Confidentiality & Ethics
Everything held across the eight weeks remains strictly confidential. Your story, your sessions, your home and anything witnessed in your field will never be shared. Your mentorship is treated as its own entirely separate body of work.

I may recommend that you work alongside another practitioner where I feel it would serve you. Where the mentorship is no longer the right container, I reserve the right to close it, and any unused portion will be refunded in full.
